Each Association member or their tenant should have a pool card to access the pool. DO NOT ALLOW NON-RESIDENTS TO USE YOUR POOL CARD. Please see below for more
Cards are available at the Management Company’s office. All pool cards are payable to Napa Oaks HOA. All pool cards will be activated within ONE business day.
Pool Entry Fobs: First card is at no charge to a member with a signed wavier(see below) and sent to poolwaivers@damctx.com . Limit of 2 cards per household.
Replacements are $25.00.
Tenants pay $25.00 for a card with a signed wavier and a copy of the lease.
POOL SEASON: Opens the Saturday of Spring Break and closes the last Sunday in October or Halloween.
Pool Hours: Daily 7am-10 pm
